How long does the delivery take?

Preparing your order(s) take(s) between 4/5 business days, depending on the chosen product and the quantity. Once your order is ready and send you will receive an email. Please note that since we work with personalized products, preparation time may vary and delivery dates are always approximate. 

 

Can I order for special occasions?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advanced for birthdays, anniversaries or any other special occasions.

 

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Cancellations depend on the type of product you ordered. For non-personalized items, cancellations may be possible before the order is shipped. However, for personalized products, cancellations are not allowed once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.

 

Where do you ship to?

Currently only in the Netherlands.
