Returns & Refunds Policy

Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or refunded due to their customized nature. However, if your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, you may be eligible for a refund. In such cases, please provide proof (photos of damage, tracking details, etc.), and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

Payment 

We offer several convenient payment options. You can complete your purchase using iDEAL, Credit Card, Visa Card, American Express or PayPal. All transactions are securely processed for your peace of mind.

 

Delivery 

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with all the relevant details. We use PostNL for all deliveries, and each order comes with track and trace so you can follow your package’s journey from us to you.

 

Orders for groups (more than 4 items)

When you want to order for a party, sleepover, or group of more than  4 personalized items, please fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page. Provide all the necessary information, and we’ll assist you in creating the perfect order for your event.
